Honesty

Sometimes I always ponder about it.
Is honesty really a good thing? Or a bad thing?

Honesty can cause a person to go to jail.
Honesty can cause a person to drop out of school.
Honesty can cause a person to be caned.
Honesty can cause life lost.
Honesty can cause painful memories.
Etc.

But,

In the midst of these, I found out something.
Without honesty, this world will be in chaos.
Without honesty, there will be unjust.
Without honesty, people will live negative lives.
Etc.

Globally, honesty wins.
Individually, honesty loses.

However,
the Bible tells us to be honest and live truthful lives.

Therefore,
My conclusion:
I believe there are hidden meanings to honesty,
that God says it is good.
So, I say that honesty is good.
